Don't Fear the Energies - Ride the Wave

We’re sensing that there’s a little fear coming from your ego minds about change and about control.

These energies are benevolent. They come from God Source - Love. These are reflecting who you are, who you truly are – a magnificent creator, aspect of God Light.

Now, your ego minds don’t like this thought of change, disruption, challenges and the lack of control. And so this brings up questions and some fear. Especially thinking that these energies are coming in and you have no control of them. Well, my dears, you do.

You can choose to ignore them. You can put the block in place and tell yourself that these are not going to happen to you. This is your choice, you have free-will.

But we ask you to embrace the magnificent change that’s going to start on your planet and it starts with you.

You may feel sensations in your body. They will not be distressing in themselves, they may be tingling, they may be sensations in one of your chakras – may be as it opens and cleanses.

Maybe you’ll feel restless as the energies crawl through your whole body. Just go with this flow, this wave, and tell your mind that this is all expected – nothing to worry about, you’re accepting it and your mind will quieten as you pacify it.

As we’ve said before, these energies may being up programmes and beliefs. What this means is that they’ll bring up memories.

These memories are in your cells, they are in your body, they are not coming from outside of you. These are things that you may recall, things that have happened to you, for example.

Or they MAY be a sense of a previous incarnation. Something you need to integrate and explore, learn from. These won’t be completely weird or alien to you.

You will have a sense of ‘knowing’ about these memories, if they are coming from a previous incarnation, because your personality is you and your personality comes from your soul. This is how you’re all individuals. Your soul does have personality but in a different way than you perceive it on earth. So there will be a recognition, of sorts, of something you need to look at from a previous incarnation because it will be affecting you in THIS incarnation.

We ask you to meditate when a feeling arises and go in to that feeling, and explore sensations, imagery and thoughts (but don’t label it). This may only take seconds – a knowing washing over you and an ‘ah-ha’ moment. You may decide to go on a journey and explore more about the thing that’s arising – whatever feels right for you.

Have INTEGRATION as your mantra, your raison d'être, your purpose for experiencing.

Keep the fun and joy in the experience. Your excitement about your own development – removing blockages and filters and finally be able to remove those rose-tinted spectacles.

We’re sending you deepest Love right to your cells, right to the molecules.

Expect a little disruption in your life but nothing that will stop you through your day.

You will be able to work, you will be able to care from your children. You just may feel a little out of sorts. And again we say, just accept these waves of energy, that you’ve been expecting them and acknowledge that they are there t help you.
